FAQs

  • What all is included in the registration fee?

    Roundtrip transportation from the airport to the hotel, coffee breaks, welcome & award parties, and transportation and entrance fees to the shooting locations.

  • How to organize your trip?

    Your trip should be arranged to fly into Lima (Jorge Chavez International Airport), where you may need to confirm if a visa is required for entry. From Lima, you’ll then catch a flight to Cusco (approximately 1 hour and 25 minutes). Upon arrival at Cusco Airport, Aftershoot shuttles will be available to transport you directly to the event hotel. These shuttles operate until 2 pm at various intervals, so it’s advisable to plan your arrival accordingly. If your accommodation is not at the event hotel, you can take a cab from there to your destination, as distances in Yucay are short. For the return trip on the 24th, shuttle services will also be provided at designated times to transport you back to Cusco Airport.

  • How to reach Cusco from Lima?

    Flights from Jorge Chavez International Airport to Cusco are available every hour. You can select your preferred flight and make your booking accordingly.

  • Does Aftershoot offer assistance in planning your trip?

    If you need help finding a flight from your home country to Lima, or from Lima to Cusco, we’re more than happy to assist you. Additionally, we have a travel agency that can provide support, so please feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

  • Are shuttles from Cusco Airport to the event hotel free?

    Yes, Aftershoot provides complimentary shuttles from Cusco Airport to the event hotel.

  • Are there any VIP tickets available?

    No, there are currently no VIP tickets available.

  • Can I get a refund if I change my mind?

    No, unfortunately, refunds are not available for such circumstances.

  • Can I leave early on May 23rd to return home for the weekend?

    Yes, you absolutely can! Aftershoot shuttles will be available starting from 12:30 pm on the last day to take you to Cusco Airport. You can plan your trip and book flights accordingly.

  • What language will the talks and workshops be in? 

    The workshops and talks will be in English.

  • Is there a dress code for the event?

    We recommend getting warm clothes as it can get cold in Cusco in the evenings. And we suggest smart casuals for the awards night.
